Due to mounting concerns regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus, Greater St. Louis MGMA has made the difficult decision to cancel our Fall Annual Conference previously scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, at Orlando's in Maryland Heights. We resolved to be abundantly cautious and prioritize the health and safety of our members, speakers, vendors, and staff.
In the meantime, we promise to keep you informed as we delve into possible online platforms to offer additional educational opportunities and socially distant networking events.

Greater St. Louis MGMA hosts a conference that includes two general sessions, two tracks of breakout sessions and sponsor table displays. Payor representatives and local not-for-profits whose products and services benefit practice managers and patients will be on hand. You’ll have lots of time to interact with your colleagues, both practice managers and business partners.
The Annual Conference:
draws practice managers from across the area and offers topics pertinent to leadership, healthcare, human resources, finance, etc.
focuses on insurance and advocacy issues
provides tools and resources for both practice managers and billing staff
includes a Business Partner town hall meeting
Be sure your billers and coders attend the 2019 Annual Conference for face-to-face time with payor representatives who will provide valuable information and assistance.
This is a relaxed and casual event.Please feel free to dress comfortably.

2019 Charity - Lydia's House
Lydia's House works in faith to end domestic violence by being a place of healing and a voice of hope for abused women and their children. Lydia's House provides safe, confidentially located, fully furnished apartments for up to two years, bridging that critical stepping stone between emergency shelter and safe, independent living.
Lydia's House will be accepting donations at the conference. They typically are always in need of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, toiletries, things of that nature! They do ask that everything is new and nothing is sample size. Click here for a full wish list.
