Most of us have "made it" to some level of accomplishment/success in our careers by now. We did it through academic as well as professional achievements. However, in order for career accomplishment to be truly successful, we should consider our entire being (personal and professional) and perhaps shift from focusing on the idea of success (which may be arbitrary and dynamic) and instead focus on continued personal and professional growth.
At the end of this presentation, attendees should be able to:
- Differentiate between personal/professional growth and personal/professional development
- Understand the concept of a "growth mindset" and differentiate it from a "fixed mindset"
- Learn how to develop a growth mindset to help them be successful in their personal and/or professional lives.
